This app is exclusively for women. Whether you're a service provider looking to list your offerings or a user seeking services, our platform is designed to foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all women.
To create a profile: Download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up using your email or phone number. Complete your profile by adding your name, a profile picture, and a brief bio. If you're a service provider, you can add details about your services, pricing, and availability.
As a service provider: Go to the "Provider" section in the app. Click "Add Service" and fill in details like service type, description, pricing, and availability. Upload any relevant images or certifications to build trust. Submit your listing for review. Once approved, it will be visible to users.
To book a service: Browse or search for services in the "Discover" section. Select a service and review the provider’s profile, ratings, and availability. Choose a date and time, then confirm your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation, and the appointment will be added to your calendar.
Yes, our app uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to process all transactions. Payments are only released to service providers after the service is completed, ensuring safety and trust.
Absolutely! After a service is completed, you’ll be prompted to leave a review and rating. Your feedback helps other women make informed decisions and supports providers in improving their services.
You can cancel a booking directly in the app: Go to your "Bookings" section. Select the appointment and choose "Cancel." Review our cancellation policy, as refunds may depend on the provider’s terms. You’ll receive a confirmation once the cancellation is processed.
